Our sanctuary sits along the Mattole, tucked into California's last truly wild coastline, where the tall trees lean in close and the horses graze just beyond the tent flap. We built this place slowly, and on purpose: six sites, two ways to stay, one shared promise. Come find whichever kind of quiet you're looking for.

The solar string lights over your site provide that soft evening light, and you’ll want to relax at your own outdoor table and chairs. You also have access to our communal kitchen and bathhouse.

This cozy dome tent offers 213 sq ft of comfort. Queen size bed, soft linens, and a lovely serene view looking down onto the Mattole River. Your dome comes outfitted with a seating area, kettle & french press for morning coffee, Battery Pack to charge devices and plug in your electric blanket on those chilly nights.

Our Bathhouse offers creature comforts and convenience. Enjoy the private outdoor hot showers, flush toilets, and dressing rooms.
Communal Kitchen
Our outdoor kitchen offers access to a refridgerator & freezer, propane stove with oven, and a large sink with on-demand hot water for washing. Close by are several large picnic tables all under a shady tree canopy.
